Bill Murray’s old New York home is on the market for $2.07 million

If you’ve ever wanted to live in Bill Murray’s home and take a bath in Uma Thurman’s tub now is your chance. A home he used to live in New York is on the market for $2.07 million. As noted by New York Post, it’s the home he lived in throughout the 80s after landing his first starring role in the film, “Meatballs.”
The Ghostbusters star lived there throughout the 80s before selling it in 1990. Ellis Sotheby’s International Realty has the listing; check out a couple of photos of the home and learn a bit of its interesting history.

The Manse was built in the 1868 and is a Gothic Revival as is it underwent a $1 million restoration in 2016, according to the listing. It spans 3.100 square feet and has four bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The huge country kitchen has a fireplace/pizza oven, DCS and Sub-Zero appliances, and gorgeous soapstone and marble counters. The third floor has two finished rooms and a walk-out basement.

Not just Murray is linked to the home. The bathtub used to belong to Uma Thurman. They starred in the 1993 American comedy-drama film together 1993. An interior designer who had been working with the Kill Bill star removed the unneeded tub from Ms. Thurman’s home and repurposed it at the mansion, per Mansion Global. It has since been reglazed and is part of a bathroom in the hallway.
