Cristiano Ronaldo could not be more proud of his 11-year-old son, Cristiano Jr. who recently signed a professional deal with Manchester United’s junior league. It’s the start of Junior’s career as he follows in the footsteps of his famous father. At this pace, we can expect him to be one of the greats.

‘CR7’ could not be there for Junior’s signing ceremony but his partner and mother of his children Georgina Rodrígues was. The influencer shared her excitement on social media for Junior’s big step with a sweet message. See the pics below.

According to the specialized sports portal DIEZ, Junior has stood out for his skill and speed. When he lived in Turin with his parents and ‘CR7’ played for Juventus, Junior also played in the lower leagues, scoring 58 goals in 28 games.

What national team could Junior play for?

DIEZ reports that Portugal would be the country of choice for Cristiano Junior and that this would also be his father’s wish, but the reality is that Jr. was born in San Diego, California, in the United States, so he could also play for the U.S. national team.
