While legendary couturier Karl Lagerfeld passed away earlier this year at age 85, whenever Paris Fashion Week comes around, we can't help but remember the man who was Creative Director of Chanel since 1983. He dressed celebrities, models, and royalty from around the world for decades with a host of queens, princesses, and duchesses as his muses. Take a look at some royals who have worn his designs.

Princess Diana

Fashion icon Princess Diana adored wearing Chanel. Many remember this sky-blue suit that she wore along with a 1960s-style pillbox hat at son Prince William's Confirmation in 1997.

Kate Middleton

Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge donned this look by the ultimate French label when visiting Invalides in Paris back in 2017. The British royal, who finished her outfit with a double-C belt, was on a two-day tour of the country with husband Prince William.
