She layered the look with a classic beige trench coat and a soft gray scarf draped around her neck, creating a polished outfit that felt both timeless and contemporary.

One of the standout elements of the look was her choice of footwear. The queen opted for chic black-and-beige cap-toe ballet flats, a style beloved by fashion insiders and royals alike for its versatility and enduring appeal.

Her beauty look reflected the same understated elegance.

The outing marked an important cultural milestone for Denmark. According to the Danish Royal House, Queen Mary unveiled the twelfth and final granite sculpture of Dodekalitten, officially completing a project that began in 2009.

Inspired by ancient stone circles, Dodekalitten consists of twelve monumental granite sculptures overlooking the Smålandsfarvandet strait. The final sculpture, named Ymir, is unique among the collection as it was carved from Greenlandic granite.

The royal family's connection to the monument spans nearly a decade. In 2016, Queen Margrethe inaugurated the project's third sculpture, making Mary's participation in the unveiling of the final piece a symbolic moment in the monument's history.

As images from the event quickly circulated online, royal watchers were equally captivated by Queen Mary's impeccable summer style, proving once again that her approach to fashion is rooted in timeless elegance rather than fleeting trends.
