Staying hydrated

“I recommend drinking lots of water and/or mixing an electrolyte powder with your water,” Bodine began. “I use Liquid IV which is very easy to find on Amazon and can easily be sent to your home so that you can continue ‘socially distancing,’” she revealed.

Get some exercise in

Bodine recommends that we get in a minimum of 30 minutes of pure cardio every day. “A great way to workout at home without gym equipment is dancing. Turn on your favorite tunes and dance like nobody is watching,” shared the Latigazi singer.

Eating the right foods

“It is important to have healthy snacks around — because when I find that I'm home all day, all I want to do is eat. My favorite snacks to keep at home are: smart sweets, dark chocolate, red apples and cheese crackers,” revealed the former beauty pageant constestant.

Reach out to loved ones

During these tough times, Bodine urges everyone to reach out to their family and friends. She shared, “I like to Facetime with my friends and family. I love doing this as a way for us to remind each other that we are all in this together and that way we can keep encouraging each other.”

Focusing on mental health

“I believe meditation is key when It comes to dealing with difficult times. I try to practice meditation every day, as it is very important to connect with yourself and the universe. It also helps set a positive and beautiful intention for the day,” Bodine shared.
