Valentina Ferrer first became known internationally wearing a Miss Argentina sash. More than a decade later, she is having a very different kind of fashion moment. The Córdoba-born model has spent 2025 and 2026 moving between major runways, front rows, campaigns and magazine covers, building a career that now stands well beyond her beginnings in the pageant world.
Ferrer represented Argentina at Miss Universe in 2014, where she placed in the Top 10. She has described that experience as less about competing with other women and more about pushing herself outside her comfort zone. Modeling came next, taking her from Argentina to the international fashion circuit and eventually to IMG Models.
The last two years show just how far that career has come. Ferrer attended the 2025 Met Gala in custom Marc Jacobs and appeared in the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show that year. Her relationship with Willy Chavarria has also become an important part of her recent work, including his Autumn/Winter 2025 campaign and Fall/Winter 2026 show in Paris.
Then came a major start to 2026: the January cover of Vogue Latinoamérica. Over the months that followed, Ferrer walked for Off-White, Carolina Herrera and Khaite and appeared at Dior Cruise 2027. Tiffany & Co. has also been part of her recent fashion calendar, including its Blue Book launch. The range is part of what makes her interesting to watch. She can move from Chavarria’s strong tailoring to Dior or Tiffany without losing the relaxed quality that has become recognizable in her personal style.
One of the fashion moments Ferrer remembers most fondly, however, happened while she was pregnant. Shooting for Vogue during that time brought together her career and becoming a mother, something she has described as particularly meaningful. Motherhood has since become part of the life she balances alongside modeling rather than something kept separate from it.
Ferrer has also taken her interests beyond fashion. After her own experience living with celiac disease, she co-founded KAPOWDER, a wellness company focused on gluten-free formulas and more conscious packaging. The brand has reached retailers including Erewhon and Revolve, giving her a business that is distinctly separate from the work she does in front of a camera.
This chapter of Ferrer’s career is about more than modeling. Motherhood and business have become important parts of her life, but fashion remains at the center, and there is still plenty more ahead.
