If you’re packing a picnic basket, prepping for a BBQ, or throwing together snacks for an impromptu patio hang, having a quick flavorful dip recipe in your back pocket is a game-changer. This recipe keeps things simple: creamy avocado, a hit of lime, fresh onion and tomato, and just enough jalapeño to wake up your taste buds. It’s easy, crowd pleasing, and comes together in minutes.

So, to get your summer party prep started right, ¡HOLA! got this recipe directly from Chef Merito, the beloved LA-based Mexican brand whose seasonings add serious flavour to everything from backyard carne asada to the L.A. Dodgers’ stadium’s iconic nacho helmet.

So get ready for your summer weekends, the step-by-step recipe is right below, so you can whip it up in just minutes.
