The soundtrack to the FIFA World Cup 2026 is getting even bigger. Days after Shakira was announced as the official anthem singer, FIFA has unveiled “Illuminate,” a bold new collaboration from Jessie Reyez and Elyanna as the fourth release from the Official FIFA World Cup 2026 Album.
Produced by Grammy-winning hitmaker Cirkut, the track blends alternative R&B, global pop, and Middle Eastern influences. The song is now available across all major streaming platforms.
A Cross-Cultural FIFA Moment
“Illuminate” is one of the most emotionally driven songs released so far from the Official FIFA World Cup 2026 Album. The song doesn’t lean entirely into stadium-ready energy, but takes a more intimate and atmospheric direction while still carrying the scale expected from a World Cup soundtrack.
Jessie Reyez, known for her fearless songwriting and emotionally raw vocals, brings her signature alternative R&B style to the collaboration.
Over the years, Reyez has built a loyal international fanbase through deeply personal music.
Joining her is Elyanna, one of the fastest-rising global artists in music today. The singer has earned international recognition for seamlessly blending Arabic melodies with Latin and Western pop influences, helping introduce Middle Eastern sounds to wider mainstream audiences.
The collaboration also carries a philanthropic message. Reyez is donating her artist fee from the song to charitable causes, while Elyanna plans to support initiatives tied to the global moment surrounding the tournament.
That is not the only charitable action involving FIFA and its acts. The halftime show will be supporting the FIFA Global Citizen Education Fund, a major initiative aiming to raise $100 million to expand access to quality education and football opportunities for children worldwide.
So far, the Education Fund has already raised more than $30 million. FIFA also confirmed via press release that $1 from every ticket sold to FIFA World Cup 2026 matches will be donated throughout the tournament to continue building momentum.
FIFA World Cup 2026 Album
“Illuminate” follows a growing list of genre-spanning releases attached to the Official FIFA World Cup 2026 Album. Designed to spotlight different cultures, languages, and musical styles, the soundtrack includes “Lighter” from Jelly Roll and Carín León, “Por Ella” by Los Ángeles Azules and Belinda, and “Echo” from Daddy Yankee and Shenseea.
The album also features Shakira and Burna Boy with the official FIFA World Cup 2026 anthem, “Dai Dai.”
Additional singles and the full album are expected to roll out ahead of the opening match on June 11, 2026, in Mexico City.
