Bad Bunny is stepping into the hot seat—or rather, the hot wings seat—this week as he takes on the fiery "Wings of Death" on Hot Ones! On January 21, First We Feast officially announced that the Puerto Rican superstar will be the first guest of Hot Ones' highly anticipated 26th season. The popular YouTube talk show, where celebrities test their spice tolerance while answering in-depth questions, premieres Thursday, January 23, at 11 a.m. ET.

In a teaser post earlier today, First We Feast hinted at their guest with a telling quote: "This feels like the most Puerto Rican album I've ever made." Fans were quick to speculate that it was Bad Bunny. The confirmation came shortly after with an Instagram post showcasing the boricua icon, donning his signature brown aviator sunglasses and a winter trapper hat from his current "DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS" era. The caption read: "This week on @HotOnes, we got @badbunnypr vs. The Wings of Death. 💀 Tune in Thursday @ 11AM ET ❗”

Bad Bunny's Fiery Start to 2025

This Hot Ones debut is just the latest in what's shaping up to be a monumental year for the Grammy-winning artist. Earlier this month, Bad Bunny stunned New York City subway riders during an unforgettable performance for "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon." The duo, disguised with wigs, sunglasses, and fake facial hair, brought music to the 50th Street subway station near Rockefeller Center.

Accompanied by The Roots, Jimmy Fallon and Bad Bunny kicked off the impromptu show with a lively rendition of the Backstreet Boys' "I Want It That Way." The Puerto Rican icon joined in for the chorus, shaking a tambourine as commuters gathered to watch. The surprise performance ended with Fallon and Bad Bunny revealing their identities to thunderous cheers.

A New Era: 'DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS'

Bad Bunny has also been making waves with his latest studio album, "DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS" (I Should Have Taken More Photos). Released at the start of the year, the 17-track album is a love letter to Puerto Rico, blending traditional música jíbara, plena, and salsa with elements of house and reggaeton.

Described as his most personal project, the album highlights live instrumentation and emotional storytelling, showcasing a deep connection to his roots. "At the peak of my career and popularity, I want to show the world who I am, who BENITO ANTONIO is, and who PUERTO RICO is," Bad Bunny shared.

Fans of the boricua icon can tune in to First We Feast's YouTube channel on January 23 at 11 a.m. ET to watch Bad Bunny handle the heat on Hot Ones.

Bad Bunny's Summer

This summer, Bad Bunny kicks off a monumental concert residency in his homeland. The Puerto Rican reggaeton superstar announced 21 exclusive shows at San Juan's iconic Coliseo de Puerto Rico. The residency, dubbed "No Me Quiero Ir de Aquí," will support his highly anticipated new album "Debí Tirar Más Fotos," which was dropped on January 5, 2025.

Bad Bunny's residency is a love letter to his roots, offering an exclusive chance for local fans to see him perform in their hometown before the rest of the world. For the first nine concerts, Bad Bunny has made it clear that these shows are reserved for Puerto Rican residents.
