Blue Ivy Carter, Beyoncé's talented 12-year-old daughter, made an unforgettable appearance during her mother's Christmas-themed halftime show at the Houston Texans and Baltimore Ravens game. Beyoncé, performing in her hometown, treated fans to her first-ever live renditions of tracks from her "Cowboy Carter" project, bringing the energy and flair that only she can deliver.

The highlight of the show came during Beyoncé's performance of "Texas Hold' Em," when Blue Ivy joined her mother on the field.

Dressed in an all-white outfit featuring a fringed ensemble with a Western flair, Blue Ivy exuded confidence as she danced effortlessly alongside Beyoncé and the backup dancers. Her chic look was completed with white boots, a glimmering belt, and a sash adorned with the words "Cowboy Carter," matching the theme of the night.

Blue Ivy's poise and charisma on stage have become a signature of her appearances. Fans still remember her standout moments during Beyoncé's "Renaissance" World Tour in 2023, where she danced to tracks like "My Power" and "Break My Soul," proving that talent runs deep in the Carter family. She added her youthful energy and charm to the festive halftime performance this time, leaving the crowd cheering for more.

Blue Ivy's growing star power

Blue Ivy lends her voice to Kiara in "Mufasa: The Lion King," marking a significant step in her entertainment career. The world can now witness Blue's acting skills, praised by Oscar-winning filmmaker Barry Jenkins, who assured Entertainment Weekly that while the rising star is not singing in the movie, she is an impressive actress. "Blue Ivy doesn't sing in the movie. She is a thespian! I gotta be honest about that. She is a thespian," Jenkins told the publication.

Blue Ivy re-introduces the character in the film while the original cast is back for the animated movie. Fans of "The Lion King" remember Kiara in the 1998 movie "The Lion King II: Simba’s Pride."

Blue Ivy was born in 2012 in New York City. A month after she was born, her parents shared a photo with people alongside a handwritten note. “We welcome you to share in our joy," read the letter. "Thank you for respecting our privacy during this beautiful time in our lives."

Blue Ivy is featured in many of her parents' songs, including "Glory." The track has her vocals from when she was two days old. She got a Guinness World Record for being the youngest person to work on a song featured on the Billboard charts. She got a second World Guinness Record in 2021 for the Beyoncé song "Brown Skin Girl." The music video won a Grammy, making her the youngest winner to be individually credited.
