Dakota Johnson and MGK make their daytime debut as a rumored couple

Dakota Johnson and Machine Gun Kelly are taking their rumored romance to the day. Earlier this week, the pair were photographed together, walking side by side as they dressed comfortably.

Johnson and MGK have been seen together numerous times over the past month, in cities like New York and Los Angeles. This time around, the two were seen leaving a studio in Los Angeles, entering a red sports car. 

Johnson wore jeans, flats, a black top, and a black leather duster. She completed the look with some sunglasses and jewelry. MGK wore boots, jeans, a sweater and a jacket, and was seen carrying a brown paper bag. 

He opened the door for Johnson and was seen smoking, getting into the driver's seat.

Megan Fox gives her blessing

Last week, it was reported that MGK's ex, Megan Fox, was happy that he was moving on with someone else. 

“Megan isn’t just unbothered by MGK dating Dakota — she’s actually relieved he’s moving on,” said an insider to Page Six. According to the source, Fox has no interest in getting back together with Kelly, with whom she's been involved in an on-and-off relationship since 2020. The pair met on the set of Midnight in the Switchgrass, where they worked together for two days, shortly after Fox's divorce from her long-term husband, Brian Austin Green.

The pair fell in love, and the rest is history. "The first time I looked into his eyes, I was like, 'I know you. I have known you so many times, in so many different forms, in so many different lives,'" she said back in 2021, in an interview with The Washington Post. 

The two became one of the most prominent couples of the year, known for their anecdotes, frequent social media updates, and matching costumes for Halloween. They broke up definitively in 2024. 

“Sources say Megan and MGK are not in a romantic relationship, and the only time MGK sees or talks to Megan is when he is spending time with their baby girl, who was born in March," wrote TMZ.
