Angelina Jolie had the support of her family at a screening for her upcoming film. Earlier this week, she attended a special screening of her upcoming film, "Without Blood." She was accompanied by her daughter Zahara, with the two photographed arriving at the screening as they held on to each other's hands.

Jolie and Zahara looked elegant and sophisticated. Jolie opted for a monochromatic look, wearing a dark gray tailored suit with a structured blazer and sharp lapels. She paired it with wide-legged trousers and black heels. Her hair was styled straight, in that honey blonde shade that she's had over the past couple of months.

Zahara opted for a black jumpsuit with a knot at the waist and black high heels. She styled her hair curled and had a black manicure. She held on to her mother's hand as they arrived at the theater, the Village East Angelika. At one point, Jolie leaned close to Zahara, dropping a kiss on her forehead.

"Without Blood" is Jolie's latest film, which she co-wrote and directed. The movie stars Salma Hayek and Damian Bichir, and it follows a woman who's a war survivor, yet can't seem to escape her past and trauma, with it returning to affect the people in her life.

Hayek and Jolie's sweet relationship

As Angelina Jolie and Salma Hayek have been promoting their film, the two have opened up about their friendship. They first met on the set of "The Eternals," where they both starred as actresses. Later, they collaborated on "Without Blood," with Hayek calling the role the hardest one she's ever done.

"Sometimes as an actor, you think, I need to torture myself to do the job better. I felt that because I was so supported, I didn’t need to torture myself for real," said Hayek in an interview with The Cut.

"I did feel at times I was torturing my friend, but I loved the experience," added Jolie.

In that same chat, the two shared just how close they've gotten in recent years and how Hayek almost convinced Jolie to move to Paris.

"I almost convinced you to move to Paris for a minute. You considered. I’m like, 'Come on, girl, you can’t leave me alone there.' You want somewhere more wild," said Hayek.

"We’ve had some fun," agreed Jolie. "I needed to have some fun. You met me in a dark time in my life, and you’ve made me smile," he said.
