The Queen of Pop, who turned 68 on August 16, shared a glimpse inside her lavish birthday getaway in Greece, where she was joined by boyfriend Akeem Morris, friends, and five of her six children. Lourdes Leon, Rocco Ritchie, Mercy James and twins Stella and Estere.

A Dolce & Gabbana birthday moment:
Naturally, fashion played a starring role in the celebration. For her main birthday look, Madonna embraced maximalist glamour in an elaborate creation from Dolce & Gabbana's 2026 Alta Moda collection.
The floor-length design featured a pale blue base covered in intricate gold embroidery, shimmering embellishments and three-dimensional flowers in shades of pink, red and yellow.
The dramatic detailing continued from head to toe. Madonna paired the ornate dress with stacks of chunky gold bangles, statement jewelry and a vibrant floral headpiece that echoed the flowers decorating her gown. Her signature blonde hair was styled in long, soft waves.
The theatrical ensemble felt particularly fitting for the singer, whose decades-long relationship with fashion has made reinvention part of her identity. Her connection to Dolce & Gabbana has also continued to evolve, with the star repeatedly wearing designs from the Italian fashion house in recent years.
