Jessie J is cancer-free. Over the past year, the British singer has been open about her breast cancer diagnosis, sharing with her followers that she had to undergo tests and some medical procedures. A year later, Jessie J is revealing that her medical exams have determined that she's cancer-free.
Jessie J shared the video on Instagram on Thursday, showing her wearing a medical robe and sitting in the doctor's office as she speaks directly to the camera. It appears to have been recorded before getting her results.
"So I'm back for my yearly check up and I'm s***ing myself, I'm not gonna lie. They told me there was no contrast, but I think there is based on this," she said, gesturing towards the catheter in her arm.
"I have to get an MRI, pretend I'm not claustrophobic. And if you haven't had a breast MRI, you have to lay on your front and put your arms in the air like Superman."
"Fingers crossed, all good, positive vibes. Don't worry about a thing."
Jessie J shared the happy news in her post's caption, writing, "RESULTS ARE IN AND I AM CANCER FREE," she wrote, adding numerous crying face emojis. "I sobbed for hours and then exhaled for the first time in a year," she concluded, adding a plant and a battery emoji.

She didn't provide much detail about her diagnosis, revealing that for a period of two months, she'd undergone various tests and treatments. “I have been in and out of tests throughout this whole period,” she said.
