Bella Hadid is taking a break from the movie premieres and red carpets. As the Cannes Film Festival develops, Hadid was photographed sunbathing with her friends on the coast of southern France, looking stunning as she showed off her yoga techniques aboard a luxury yacht.

Hadid was accompanied by various friends, with all of them enjoying their vacation as they jumped into the pool, took selfies together, and chatted throughout the day.

She wore a stunning golden bikini and was photographed showing off some yoga positions for her friends. She completed the look with her hair tied in a tight bun and some polarized sunglasses.

At one point, Hadid and a friend held hands as they jumped into the water, fully embracing their relaxed and fun vacation mood.

Hadid often shares photos showing off her toned stomach or videos sharing a look at her workouts. In an interview with Vogue Paris, she revealed that her fitness regimen centers on cardio and strength training, with her enjoying boxing. “When time is on my side, I train with my coach for intensive sessions,” she said. “I run non-stop for 20 minutes followed by a boxing session and finally a series of weights targeting the abs and glutes.”

Hadid credits boxing for leaving her figure runway-ready. “Definitely boxing,” she shared. “But also Body Ballet. I’ve only tried it once but I can see the long-term results amongst my friends.”

Hadid is also an avid horseback rider, pursuing the sport since she was a young girl. “You know how every model is like, ‘I do yoga?’ Well, I find horses have the same effect,” she once said, as reported by Vogue. Hadid was even training for the Olympics in 2016.

Following some health issues and her Lyme disease diagnosis, Hadid took a break from the industry, returning to horseback riding and getting involved in different competitions in Austin, Texas. In 2024, she was named the National Cutting Horse Association's Rookie of the Year, being recognized as that year's highest-earning amateur.

"Being able to try new things and reach new goals, especially on horses again, has been the biggest joy of my life," she wrote on an Instagram reel. "I thank God everyday for horses — for teaching and showing me unconditional love, happiness, connection, patience and hard work. I wouldn’t be where I am today without them."
