Marc Anthony is currently in a season of fulfillment, both personally and professionally. In January 2026, he learned that his family with Nadia Ferreira was continuing to grow, as they are expecting their second child together, a baby girl, who is expected to arrive this August.
The little princess on the way will become his eighth child, and the singer has made it clear how fortunate he feels to have children whom he loves equally.
In fact, we recently shared details of Nadia’s pregnancy in an exclusive cover story for our May issue, in which the former Paraguayan beauty queen spoke about this new chapter their family is experiencing.
In the interview, Marc’s wife revealed how loving, attentive, and present he is as a father, as well as the wisdom the Puerto Rican star has in perfectly balancing time between his loved ones and the stage.
As for his artistic career, the 57-year-old salsa star is currently performing his first Las Vegas residency titled “Las Vegas... A Mi Manera,” where he presents a more intimate and personal side of himself while celebrating the best of his extensive repertoire spanning more than 35 years.
Recently, we had the opportunity to speak with him during the fifth edition of his now-classic “Maestro Cares Foundation Golf Tournament,” held in Miami. He spoke about the importance of becoming a role model for Hispanics who closely follow every step of his journey. “It’s an honor for me. What can I say? I have many friends who count on me, and I count on them. They always show up for occasions like this,” he told us in reference to his leadership and ability to bring people together through all his initiatives.
And as if that were not enough, the singer and entrepreneur has just received another major piece of news that serves as the icing on the cake for his year so far: he has been named to TIME magazine’s list of the 100 most influential leaders in philanthropy.
This is the second annual edition of the list released by the renowned publication, recognizing prominent figures shaping the future through philanthropic work. Marc Anthony and Henry Cárdenas, co-founder of Maestro Cares Foundation, were both included in the category.
The Maestro Cares Foundation aims to improve the quality of life for disadvantaged children and communities throughout Latin America and the United States. The mission of the organization is to create safe environments where children can live, learn, and play, while also supporting their academic and personal development.
Since 2012, the foundation has impacted the lives of thousands of children by funding the construction of more than 35 projects across Latin America and the United States. It also promotes academic excellence through the Maestro Cares Foundation Scholarship Program, which provides valuable opportunities for outstanding Latino students who demonstrate academic achievement, financial need, and the desire to pursue postsecondary education.
