Paris Jackson is giving fans a rare glimpse into her relationship with her mom, Debbie Rowe. Regardless of the long-running speculation surrounding her biological father, one thing fans can agree on is just how much Paris looks like her mom.
© @parisjacksonThe 28-year-old musician shared a series of sweet photos with Rowe for Mother’s Day, including one taken at what appears to be a ranch and another relaxed photo at home.
In the pictures, the mother-daughter duo showed off nearly identical blue eyes and smiles. Paris hilariously pointed out the resemblance in the caption writing, “Happy Mother’s Day to the lady they used for my template during the cloning process."
© @parisjacksonParis and her mother were famously estranged for a period of time before reconnecting in recent years, especially after Rowe’s breast cancer diagnosis in 2017. Since then, Paris has spoken openly about how meaningful their relationship has become.
Back in 2021, during an appearance on Red Table Talk with Willow Smith, Paris said reconnecting with her mom felt “really cool,” adding that the two quickly realized just how similar they are. "Getting to know her, seeing how similar we are, finding out what kind of music she likes..." the artist said. "We're two peas in a pod... It's so amazing to have her as a friend."

While many members of the Jackson family, including her siblings Prince Jackson and Bigi Jackson, attended the premiere, Paris has completely distanced herself from the film.
She revealed in September 2025 that she had nothing to do with the film. The singer and actress also shared that she sent notes with what she felt was "dishonest" after reading an early draft of the film, but they were ignored.
“They’re gonna make whatever they’re gonna make,” she said. "The film panders to a very specific section of my dad’s fandom that still lives in a fantasy, and they’re gonna be happy with it.”
Paris went on to criticize the genre as a whole, calling biopics “fantasy land.” “It’s not real, but it’s sold to you as real,” she continued. “A lot of the narrative is controlled. There’s a lot of inaccuracy and a lot of full-blown lies. At the end of the day, that doesn’t really fly with me. I don’t really like dishonesty," she added.
She also addressed criticism from people claiming she “hates” her father because of her comments surrounding the biopic. “Something quite a lot of people are saying is, ‘She hates her dad. She resents him. She wants nothing to do with him,” she said in a series of Instagram Stories.
Paris pushed back, saying she was just choosing authenticity over money. “That’s not my truth. That’s not where I’m coming from,” she continued. “I just prefer honesty over sales and monetary gain.”
