Kris Jenner, 70, is not here for false narratives. During a candid appearance on her daughter Khloé Kardashian’s Khloé in Wonderland podcast on April 29, Jenner directly addressed swirling rumors about her recent facelift.

The conversation comes after speculation gained traction online, fueled by a report from RadarOnline suggesting Jenner was unhappy with her results and allegedly “raging” about her appearance a few months after debuting a refreshed look.

According to Jenner, the reality is different. “Lately, it's this headline about my facelift, which is really truly driving me crazy,” Jenner said. “The headline right now is that I hate my facelift, and I'm really mad at—I'm furious at my doctor, Steven Levine—which couldn't be further from the truth. It's a flat-out lie. I love my facelift. I adore my doctor. I'm obsessed with him.”

Setting the Record Straight

Jenner said there is no dissatisfaction and described the procedure as a success. “The goal was to do a beautiful lift and give me a refresh and do a beautiful jawline, which I achieved,” she explained. Jenner typically avoids addressing gossip, but she admitted this situation felt different. “I normally wouldn’t have addressed it, but it was really hurting someone else,” she said, referring to Dr. Levine.

Jenner also used the moment to reinforce her perspective on aging. “At 70 years old, I don't really care what someone thinks of me. I don't need anyone's approval,” she said. “I never asked for the attention. I love my face. And I'm really okay with the way I look.”

During her August 2025 Vogue Arabia cover story, she first confirmed undergoing the facelift. “I had a facelift about 15 years ago, so it was time for a refresh,” Jenner told the publication. “I decided to do this facelift because I want to be the best version of myself, and that makes me happy.”

Then comments around Jenner’s appearance intensified in spring 2025, when she was first spotted in Paris while supporting daughter Kim Kardashian during a court appearance. Jenner looked noticeably youthful, and by the time she attended Lauren Sánchez Bezos’ bachelorette party, everyone was talking about how amazing she looked.

Soon after, Page Six reported that Jenner had undergone an unspecified cosmetic procedure. PEOPLE later confirmed she had visited New York-based surgeon Dr. Levine.

“Just because you get older, it doesn't mean you should give up on yourself,” she said previously. “If you feel comfortable in your skin and you want to age gracefully—meaning you don't want to do anything—then don't do anything. But for me, this is aging gracefully. It's my version.”
