Leonid Radvinsky, founder of OnlyFans, has died at the age of 43. The tech billionaire died after a long battle with cancer and was known for his reclusive nature, leading a sheltered life in one of Miami's most privileged and protected areas.

Leo passed away peacefully after a long battle with cancer,” said an OnlyFans spokesperson. “His family have requested privacy at this difficult time.”
Radvinsky was a Ukrainian-American entrepreneur, born in Ukraine and raised in Chicago. He graduated from Northwestern University and started a business called MyFreeCams, selling subscriptions to videos and photos, considered a precursor to OnlyFans. His business reached notoriety when he acquired Fenix International Limited, the parent company of OnlyFans, in 2018, serving as its director and majority shareholder.

“Insiders knew [Radvinsky] had been dealing with health issues for some time, and while his passing is tragic, he left behind a company that was fully prepared and resilient,” said Andy Bachman, CEO of Creators Inc., to the New York Post.
“His passing wasn’t sudden, so there was a lot of preparation."

© Getty Images/Connect ImagesAccording to The Daily Mail, Radvinsky spent the last months of his life in the Turnberry Ocean Club, an exclusive condo located in Miami. His home was worth $19 million and was located beachside. He appears to have been a long-term Florida resident, previously owning a home in Boca Raton.
He's survived by his wife, the philanthropist Yekaterina 'Katie' Chudnovsky, and their four children. While they rarely made public appearances, in 2024, they attended a gala for a gastrointestinal research foundation and played a key role in driving a $23 million grant program for cancer research.
According to Forbes, he Radvinsky was worth $4.7 billion at the time of his death.
