Jessica Alba avoids red carpet moment with Danny Ramirez before divorce finalization

Jessica Alba and Danny Ramirez were right next to each other at the Vanity Fair Oscar After Party carpet, but they didn't pose together.

The couple arrived at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, and photos show them on their own separate marks just feet away from each other, but it looks like they aren't ready for their big debut.

Alba looked gorgeous in an all-black sequined gown with Alexandre Birman Clarita Bell Slingback 100 satin black heels, keeping the vibe sleek and glamorous.

Meanwhile, Ramirez wore a coordinated all-black ensemble that complemented Alba's look, even if they didn't make their attendance on the red carpet official.

They may not have posed side by side for the cameras, but they clearly arrived together in the photos, and they eventually left the star-studded soirée together at the end of the night.

The appearance comes just one week after the pair shut down breakup speculation with a romantic Mexico City getaway following online chatter linking Alba to NFL quarterback Joe Burrow after she was spotted in Las Vegas among a group of guests that included the athlete.

As for why they didn't walk the red carpet together, while some couples use the Vanity Fair carpet as a hard launch moment, arriving separately can be just as intentional. Skipping their joint photo op may signal that they’re choosing privacy over spectacle.

They haven't even been official for a year either; they were first spotted smooching in May 2025 and made things public at the US Open and a VMAs after-party in September. They made their relationship official on Instagram in November, though, so it's not like they're trying to hide anything.

Plus, there are kids involved. Alba and Cash Warren share Honor, 17, Haven, 14, and Hayes, 7. An insider told Us Weekly after the split, “They are incredibly protective of their kids’ privacy and well-being, so introducing new partners would be taken very slowly and only once a relationship is stable and serious." 

Meanwhile, on Monday, Page Six reported that a judge finalized their divorce on March 16, with the former couple agreeing to joint legal and physical custody of their three children. According to court documents, neither will pay child support, and both are prohibited from discussing the litigation or making disparaging remarks about each other in front of their minor children.
