The 47-year-old actress celebrated the New York-based artist’s 39th birthday with a particularly cozy Instagram post on Tuesday, September 1, offering a sweet new glimpse at the couple after months of increasingly public appearances together. “Happy Birthday to the best of the best…❤️,” Holmes wrote alongside the post, tagging Yarmosky.
The affectionate tribute included a photo of Holmes and Yarmosky leaning their heads against each other while holding microphones, apparently during a karaoke celebration.

The public birthday message is a notable development for Holmes and Yarmosky, whose relationship only became public this summer. Holmes has generally kept her private life relatively guarded, making the affectionate birthday tribute all the more noticeable.
The couple’s latest post also arrives shortly after they began acknowledging their relationship on social media. In August, Yarmosky shared a photograph of Holmes, which she subsequently reposted alongside other images from their time together.
