During Bad Bunny’s residency in Puerto Rico, dozens of celebrities showed up to attend the concerts and dance from the now-famous “casita” the singer placed in the center of the Coliseo José Miguel Agrelot. One of them was Penélope Cruz, who along with her husband Javier Bardem soaked up the music, the vibe, and the atmosphere so much that she was heard shouting the iconic line, “¡Acho, Puerto Rico es otra cosa!”
However, Penélope’s enthusiasm goes beyond simply enjoying the moment. She was not just someone who showed up to experience the music. She is a genuine Bad Bunny fan. “I’m a big fan. I love what he does. I think he’s great,” she told Despierta América, adding that she has nothing but admiration for the Puerto Rican star. “He’s a wonderful person, very charming, very intelligent. He makes me laugh a lot.”
© Getty ImagesWhile the Spanish actress is a huge admirer, they are not especially close friends, although she has had the chance to meet him in person. “I haven’t known him for that long, but we have a lot of mutual friends, and this summer we saw each other more,” she revealed, explaining that their paths have crossed through shared circles.
She also shared how they first met, recalling their first encounter in New York. “We had actually met two years earlier in New York. He’s adorable, and I think what he’s doing is so important. It really moves me. And on top of that, I’m a huge fan of his music,” she said enthusiastically.

At this point in his career, Bad Bunny is known around the world not only for his music but also for his standout performance during the Super Bowl halftime show, which sparked plenty of conversation among fans and even among people who are not particularly familiar with his songs.
But long before that moment, the Conejo Malo’s songs were already everywhere. And although Penélope is a big fan, there was one thing she did not quite understand. She was not sure who exactly “Tití” is in the song Tití Me Preguntó.

Tití… Tití who says… ‘Tití me preguntó… come here, the devil’s boy, go find yourself a serious woman.’ Who is Tití? I want to meet her.”
Bad Bunny later saw the clip and responded with a smile, explaining the cultural meaning behind the word. “It’s Tití, our aunts. We call our aunts ‘tití,’” he said with a laugh. “If you’re talking about a specific one, not really. I don’t have just one Tití. I have a lot of aunts. If I started naming them here, I’d never finish.”
The singer also responded to another one of Cruz’s questions, sharing what he was thinking about when he wrote the song Turista.
