Jessica Alba and Cash Warren have officially finalized their divorce, bringing their 16-year marriage to a close.

The former couple’s split has been described as “extremely amicable,” with court records showing that Alba will pay Warren $3 million as part of the settlement to even out their shared assets.

Both have also begun moving forward in their personal lives and have been linked to younger partners, with a source noting that the age gap “is not a big deal.”

More than a year after announcing their separation, the pair can now fully move on from their longtime relationship.

According to documents obtained by TMZ on February 13, the divorce remains friendly, and Alba and Warren will continue to share joint custody of their three children: Honor, Haven, and Hayes.

As part of the agreement, the 44-year-old actress will pay her former husband $3 million to balance out their joint property and finances. This includes a Beverly Hills mansion the couple purchased in 2017 for $10 million.

The settlement will reportedly be paid in two non-taxable installments, with $1.5 million issued immediately and the remaining amount scheduled for 2027.

When Alba filed for divorce in February of last year, she requested that her maiden name be restored — a change that has now been approved.

She was represented by high-profile attorney Laura Wasser, whose past clients include Kim Kardashian, Johnny Depp, and Kevin Costner. Warren, meanwhile, was represented by attorney Adam Lipsic.

Alba and Warren first crossed paths more than two decades ago while working on Fantastic Four. Alba starred as Sue Storm, while Warren worked as a director’s assistant on the production.

The couple later eloped in 2008, just weeks before welcoming their first daughter, Honor, with Alba nine months pregnant at the time.

Early speculation suggested their breakup could become contentious, given their substantial wealth and the fact that they never signed a prenuptial agreement. However, the final settlement proved otherwise.

Both have since begun new chapters romantically.

Alba has been linked to 33-year-old actor Danny Ramirez, who stars in Captain America: Brave New World, with their relationship reportedly beginning in late 2025.

Warren, meanwhile, has been seen spending time with actress Seanna Pereira and model Hana Sun Doerr.

Despite their separation, the former couple appear committed to maintaining a respectful co-parenting relationship as they move forward separately.
