Elsa Pataky and Chris Hemsworth are celebrating a new anniversary! The couple celebrated their 15th wedding anniversary last week, sharing sweet videos to commemorate the occasion while sharing a look at their family life.
Over the weekend, Pataky shared a video on her Instagram, showing herself and Hemsworth enjoying their holiday vacation with their family, with them opting for a tropical vacation as the song "Carefree Days" by Peaceful Reveries played in the background. Through the video, Hemsworth and Pataky were seen holding each other and laughing, at one point enjoying the sunset on the beach as Hemsworth lifted her up by the waist and tried to carry her off towards the ocean.
The clip then showed Pataky tackling Hemsworth to the ground and plying him with kisses. "Happy holidays!!" she captioned the post, adding a heart eyes and a Santa Claus emoji.
Liam Hesmworth is also featured on the clip, showing him and his family wearing Santa Claus hats and sending kisses towards the camera. He was accompanied by his fiancée, Gabriella Brooks, who was spotted hugging Pataky and Liam.
Pataky showed off her muscles in a bikini and a flower in her hair, while she also shared a look at her family surfing.
Pataky and Hemsworth's lasting relationship
Pataky and Hemsworth met in 2010, after Hemsworth's talent agent set them up. The two made their red carpet debut a few months later and got married shortly after, having a wedding in Australia, an important location for them.
"There was no light bulb moment," Hemsworth said in an interview with Elle. "From the first time we met, we just made sense. She's fun. She's outgoing, and she has a sense of humor and a passionate attitude toward life, which is nice to try and keep up with."
Although Pataky and Hemsworth lived in the US at the start of their marriage, they decided to move to Australia to get away from their work.
Hemsworth has often thanked Pataky for her support of him and his career. "It doesn't get lost on me that she put aside her own dreams in order to support mine," he said last year, at the ceremony for the unveiling of his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. "[I am] forever in your debt."
"The fact [is] that nothing that I do, any of these moments, these special occasions and events, none of it is special without you by my side. I love you."
Throughout their marriage, Hemsworth and Pataky have welcomed three kids: India, Tristan, and Sasha.
