Jessie and D’Lila Combs stepped into the holiday season with confidence, arriving hand in hand at Vas J. Morgan’s star-packed Christmas party in Los Angeles on Thursday night.
The 18-year-old twins have been a steady presence on the city’s fashion and influencer circuit this year. The sisters made an entrance in matching scarlet dresses with curve-hugging silhouettes and lingerie-inspired bustlines.
They paired their looks with identical sparkly heels, silver hoop earrings, and diamond tennis necklaces. Their glam was fully aligned too. Both chose sleek buns, feathered lashes, and brown-lined lips, finishing their beauty look with long, sculpted nails that added to the festive shine.
Their brother, Quincy Brown, joined them for the night, and was seen arriving and later leaving with the twins. Inside, the siblings blended seamlessly into a guest list stacked with Hollywood regulars.
Kim Kardashian wore a black fur coat layered over a slinky black gown and a lace detail bra. Kathy Hilton arrived in a full Burberry ensemble with husband Rick Hilton, while their daughter Nicky sparkled in a shimmery dress and fur coat.
Kaia Gerber wore a black lace top and leather skirt, and Tiffany Haddish chose a bright red off-the-shoulder dress that fit right in with the holiday backdrop.
Emma Roberts opted for a cream babydoll minidress. Dakota and Elle Fanning, Rachel Zoe, Sara Sampaio, Lori Loughlin, James Marsden, Brooks Nader, Tyga, and Mauricio Umansky with his daughters rounded out the crowd, cementing Morgan’s party as one of the buzziest holiday events this season.
For Jessie and D’Lila, Thursday night was only the latest in a string of high-profile appearances. The twins have kept a busy calendar, balancing fashion, social media, and business ambitions.
Back in October, they turned heads at Kylie Jenner’s heavily promoted pop up, dressing in bubblegum pink sweatsuits from Body by Raven with matching Converse sneakers. They carried coordinating white purses and silver jewelry, posting photos from the appearance with the caption “KING KYLIEEE” and a crown emoji.
The pair have also gravitated toward the runway. In September, the twins walked the catwalk for Ellaé Lisqué’s 10th anniversary show, twirling in matching purple dresses with long sparkling trains and silver heels.
In May, the sisters attended their Los Angeles high school prom in matching long red dresses. Later that month, they celebrated their graduation in blue caps and gowns with coordinated white cocktail dresses underneath. They shared photos and video on social media, posing with classmates, carrying their diplomas and soaking in the applause of family and friends.
The twins have also been open about their plans for adulthood. Following their graduation, they revealed that instead of pursuing college, they are channeling their energy into building their own business ventures.
“Since Jessie and I are not going to college, we're gonna be wearing one of our brand hoodies,” D’Lila said on graduation day. Jessie added, “Because we're repping that we're gonna be business owners, period.” D’Lila chimed in, “And working!”
Support for the pair extends well beyond their immediate household. Earlier this month, Kimora Lee Simmons shared on Today With Jenna & Friends that she has taken on a guiding role in the twins’ lives. Speaking about her blended circle of children and loved ones, she said, “One of my friends who passed away, Kim Porter, I have all of her kids. Even though some of them are adults, but some of them are 18, twins.”
When asked whether the girls turn to her, she replied, “Yeah, they're with me. I just got off the phone with them. I'm a lot of people's mom.” She credited the community of women around her, saying, “It takes a village, so I have godmoms and aunties and friends. It's really a village of women.”
