Kelly Osbourne is in her Marilyn Monroe era, and she's doing it in style. The 41-year-old artist has been getting back into her day-to-day life after the death of her father, Ozzy Osbourne, and she showed up dressed to impress to support a friend in London this week.

Kelly attended Juliet Sear’s bakeware collection launch on Tuesday, where she debuted blonde, Monroe-inspired hair with big waves. The hair had some purple tint, reminiscent of how Kelly used to wear her hair.

She rocked a matching charcoal gray look and accessorized with a gold necklace, her giant engagement ring, and a black belt that cinched her tiny waist.

Her makeup looked flawless, with fake, dramatic eyelashes, a smoky eye, cheeky blush, and a tinted lip gloss.

Kelly began leaning into her Monroe era earlier this year, sharing a photo of her big blonde waves on Instagram in May. “I love a little Marilyn look to get this Saturday started!!!!!” she captioned the sizzling snaps.

The host shared a gallery of the event on Instagram, and fans were loving the new hair in the comments. "You have the look of Marilyn Monroe here," wrote one fan. "I love your hair," added another.

There were also comments about her overall appearance, with some fans sharing positivity, and others expressing concern. One fan praised "whatever procedure" she had done, while others urged her to "eat the cookie" and "gain weight back."

Kelly's posts have been filled with commenters accusing her of promoting anorexia or of being back on Ozempic. While Kelly has been open in the past about her experience with weight loss drugs and procedures, she is still grieving, which takes a big physical toll on you.

Her mom, Sharon, recently snapped at critics. Sharon was a guest on Piers Morgan who played a clip from Kelly saing, "To the people who keep thinking they're being funny and mean by writing comments like 'Are you ill,' or, 'Get off Ozempic,’ or, ‘You don't look right, my dad just died, and I'm doing the best that I can.”

Sharon told Piers her daughter is "right," adding, "She's lost her daddy. She can't eat right now."

What Kelly has said in the past

The mother has talked about her experience with gastric bypass surgery and semaglutide injections, aka Ozempic. Per People en Español, she told Bill Maher, on his podcast in 2020, “You have a weight problem, and you’ve tried everything, then someone tells you, ‘take this shot, and you’ll be thin.'' However, she said she stopped taking it a few weeks later.

While Osbourne stopped the injections, she did not stop losing weight. The mother of 2 dropped 85 pounds after her pregnancy. In September 2023, she was a guest on Sheana Shay’s podcast, and after Shay complimented her figure, Kelly replied, “I was determined to lose all the weight I gained during pregnancy. Then it was like, let’s see how far I can go. And I’ve gone too far.”
