Goldie Hawn appears to be aging backwards as she shows off her golden glow while turning 80. The Hollywood legend marked her milestone birthday on Friday, November 21st, and she looked stylish and enduring as ever in a glamorous photoshoot for Perfect magazine.
Her devoted fans couldn’t get enough of her youthful look, with one person writing, “Spirit doesn’t age, it grows deeper, wider, shinier. You’re shining good, girl.”
Goldie credits simple beauty habits for her age-defying appearance, insisting her routine is far from complicated. “I wash my face every day, and I massage it for about three minutes, and then I put creams on my face and go to sleep,” she previously told Ageless Radiance Club. “In the morning, I do the same thing. I don’t do much. I was using coconut oil for a while on my face.”

In 2013, she told Allure: “I know it sounds strange, but I’ve never colored my hair. I just put a regular rinse on it because I don’t have any chemicals on it.”
To stay trim and energized, the Christmas Chronicles 2 actress keeps her diet minimal and straightforward. In 2016, she told People: “I don’t eat a lot. I think we overeat. I don’t put a lot of food in my stomach, and I don’t mix my foods too much. So if I want to have protein, I’ll just eat a bowl of lentils—I won’t mix it with a bunch of stuff.”

Despite her busy schedule, she always makes time for movement. In 2016, she told InStyle: “I walk every day, and I run and do all kinds of that. If you work out for 15 minutes, it’s really good for you. If you’re taxing yourself too much in an hour, you’re taxing a lot of things. You’re building heart, but you’re also using heartbeats, and you only have so many.”
