Andre Agassi and Steffi Graff are growing their family. The couple of tennis legends, who's been married since 2001 and shares two children, often shares updates of their family life on social media. The most recent update has them welcoming an adorable new family member.
Agassi made the announcement on his Instagram page, showing a photo of an adorable black and white spotted dog. In the image, the pup is seen laying over a rug as he's surrounded by dog toys and plushies, and is holding on to a toy lamb's paw.
"Meet Copper," Agassi captioned the post. "The newest member of our family."
Agassi's daughter, Jaz, also shared a photo of the dog on her Instagram stories, sharing a sweet picture of Copper laying on her lap. "My new partner in crime," she wrote, adding a heart emoji.
More details about Agassi and Graf's family life
Agassi and Graf share two kids, Jaden, 23, and Jaz, 22, with them at times discussing their approach to parenting.
In his memoir, "Open," Agassi revealed that his father used to put a lot of pressure on him to succeed in tennis, something that he didn't want to pass down to his kids. "The idea that a parent would attach a child's right to be loved in this world based on their performance is a tragedy," he said in an interview with USA Today. "What somebody needs to do to be pro at 16 years old is crazy, right?"
In an interview with Fox Sports, Agassi shared that a lot of tennis players don't encourage their kids to play tennis. "It's a weird sport," he said. “We don't see too many second-generation players. For us, it's about raising our children in a way we can share in their life and not always worry about their life.”
Agassi and Graf raised their kids in Las Vegas, with the children pursuing different sports and career aspirations. Jaden played baseball, signing with the University of Southern California in 2019. In 2025, Jaden continues to play baseball, representing Team Germany, where he and his mother were born, at the World Baseball Classic Qualifiers.
In the case of Jaz, less is known about her life, only that she likes to dance and to practice horseback riding. According to her Instagram, Jaz is a fitness trainer, and has shared photos alongside her parents and friends. One of her posts shows her at this year's US Open, leaning on her dad's shoulder. "Great place but better people," she captioned the post.
