Ariana Grande has spoken out regarding the difficulties fans have faced trying to buy tickets for her upcoming Eternal Sunshine Tour.

“Hi my angels, I have been on set all week, but I wanted to let you know that what’s been happening with the secondary ticket resellers has been brought to my attention,” the 32-year-old singer shared on her Instagram Stories on Saturday, September 13. “Of course, I am incredibly bothered by it. I’ve been on the phone every second of my free time, fighting for a solution.”

She continued, “I hear you and, hopefully, we will be able to get more of these tickets into your hands instead of theirs. It’s not right. I just wanted you to know that my team and I see it and that I care very much. We will do, and are doing, everything we can.”

Grande closed her message with a heartfelt note to her supporters: “I love you all so much,” she added. “Thank you for your patience and understanding.”

Tickets for the Eternal Sunshine Tour went on sale Tuesday, September 9, and were snapped up in minutes, despite fans spending long stretches waiting in Ticketmaster queues. Many individuals were unable to secure tickets themselves, as scalpers and third-party resellers managed to purchase large quantities, later relisting them at inflated prices.

The pop star first announced the tour at the end of last month to support her latest album, which was released in February 2024.

Speaking on the Zach Sang Show, Grande opened up about how making the album felt different compared to her past projects. “I think it is very different in a lot of ways,” she said. “It’s also touching on Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, so it’s kind of a concept album, which I also haven’t done before. That’s also kind of why I don’t want to put out a second single before the album because I would like for it to be heard in one piece.”

She added, “It says everything and nothing at the same time. It’s very vague and very specific — all at once. [This record was] the most emotional writing process, for sure.”
