The clip then cuts to Sedgwick walking into the barn, clearly excited.“I’m excited to see my birthday presents,” she said before kneeling to greet the cows. “Oh my gosh! Hi, you beauties! It’s so nice to meet you. Look at how handsome you are. Look at how beautiful you are!”

“When the love of your life has a big birthday, sometimes it’s important to think long and hard about something that she might really like, but she doesn’t really need. So happy birthday!”

A Farm Life Fans Adore

Married since 1988, Bacon and Sedgwick share two children, Travis and Sosie. Over the years, they have also shared snippets of their rural life with fans, who have come to love their down-to-earth humor and heartfelt farm videos.

Bacon’s popular Goat Songs series, in which he plays guitar to his goats and alpacas, unexpectedly became a viral hit. He told Entertainment Tonight, “G“at Songs is immensely popular, and I had no idea it would be.

“During the pandemic, there have been some impulsive moves, and mine was to get some tiny miniature goats for Kyra as an anniversary present. And I kind of discovered…that I find it very relaxing hanging out with them. Sometimes I’ll go down and bring an instrument, and they don’t hate it.”

Fans began suggesting songs for him to perform, often with clever wordplay like “You can goat your own way.” Bacon eventually covered New Kids on the Block and even received a message from A.J. McLean of the Backstreet Boys urging him to add one of their hits.

The actor laughed about the unexpected popularity, “That was the latest one we put up, a song with the Backstreet Boys. It was with me and our alpacas in this case, the menagerie sort of expanded and goats.”
