Princess Iman bint Al Hussein bin Abdullah II of Jordan traveled to Venice with her parents Crown Prince Hussein and Princess Rajwa. The royal couple and their 10-month-old daughter were spotted arriving at Venice Marco Polo Airport on Thursday ahead of Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez's wedding.
Hussein was pictured holding his baby girl as he boarded a water taxi. The royal baby looked adorable wearing a white dress and sandals, while her stylish mom appeared to be sporting a brown jumpsuit.
The Crown Prince and Princess celebrated their second wedding anniversary earlier this month, and later this summer, will celebrate their daughter's first birthday. Hussein and Rajwa welcomed their first child, Iman, last year. In a statement announcing the baby's arrival on Aug. 3, 2024, the Royal Hashemite Court said that Their Royal Highnesses were "immensely overjoyed and thankful on welcoming their firstborn."
Following his daughter's birth, the Crown Prince wrote on his Instagram: "Praise be to God for His abundant blessings. We are immensely grateful for the safe birth of our daughter and the health of my beloved wife, Rajwa. Our heartfelt thanks to our family and the Jordanian people for their kind wishes, which deeply touched us during these special moments."
Rajwa and Hussein's baby girl is Queen Rania and King Abdullah II's first grandchild. Their Majesties' second granddaughter, Amina, daughter of Princess Iman and Jameel Alexander Thermiotis, was born this past February.
Like her son, daughter-in-law and granddaughter, Rania was seen arriving in Venice on June 26, dressed in an all-black outfit. The Queen of Jordan was reportedly among the guests at Jeff and Lauren's engagement party, held on the billionaire's yacht named Koru, in 2023. At the time, a source told Page Six that the party, which took place in the Amalfi Coast, was “intimate” with only a “small crowd” in attendance.
In March, Lauren's brother Paul spoke about his sister's upcoming nuptials. "I think it's gonna be like a Princess Di thing," Paul said.
According to PEOPLE, Jeff and Lauren are expected to marry in a black tie wedding ceremony on Friday, June 27. A source also told the magazine that the multi-day festivities will kick off on Thursday, June 26, with "a casual welcome night at a closed cloister adjacent to Madonna dell'Orto church." Apart from the Jordanian royal family members, a number of stars have been sighted in Venice ahead of the wedding, including Ivanka Trump, Jared Kushner, Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian, Kris Jenner, Orlando Bloom, Tom Brady and Oprah Winfrey.
