Arnold Schwarzenegger is giving nothing but good vibes these days. The 76-year-old was spotted on a double date with his longtime girlfriend, Heather Milligan, and he radiated joy.

They’ve been together for over 10 years. Schwarzenegger met Milligan in 2012 after a recommendation from Sylvester Stallone.
Following shoulder surgery, the Rocky star endorsed Milligan, saying, “There’s only one." "It’s Heather. Any athlete, I always send them to her because she’s the only one who really knows what she’s talking about,” Schwarzenegger recalled Stallone telling him in an interview with People in 2023.
They kept it professional at first. After completing physical therapy, Schwarzenegger went on to finish filming the 2013 movie Escape Plan. “After I was finished with the movie, I called her back and took her out for lunch to say thank you,” he said. “And then one thing led to the next.”
Her work ethic is something he deeply admires. “I think the world of her. I love that she’s into working. She’s clearly independent. She just is driven as hell,” he told People.
© GettyThese days, some of her clients even get a surprise visit from the legendary actor. “I schmooze with them while they’re getting therapy because I admire them - they’re great athletes,” he said. “Even though a lot of them make me feel like a little chicken.”
This marks Schwarzenegger’s first public relationship since his 2011 divorce from Maria Shriver, following the revelation that he had fathered a child with their housekeeper, Mildred Baena.
He and Shriver married in 1986 and share four children: Katherine, 34; Christina, 32; Patrick, 30; and Christopher, 26. His lookalike son, Joseph Baena, 27, has followed in his footsteps as an actor, real estate agent, and DJ.“
