Las figuras más destacadas de la música americana se han reunido en Las Vegas para celebrar estos premios con una anfitriona de lujo, la cantante y actriz Jennifer López, que deslumbró con una espectacular actuación en el escenario.

En esta 51ª edición de los AMA's, la ganadora indiscutible de la noche ha sido Billie Eilish, que ha coronado en todas su nominaciones de las principales categorías: mejor artista del año, mejor álbum del año, mejor canción y mejor álbum pop. Y en las categorías de música latina el más laureado ha sido Bad Bunny.
Además, esta edición ha dado mucho de qué hablar, y no es para menos; los AMAs 2025 han contado con muchas ausencias, y es que los rostros más conocidos de la industria musical estadounidense, que estaban nominados en las diversas categorías, no han acudido al evento. Artistas como Sabrina Carpenter, Chappell Roan, Ariana Grande, Kendrick Lamar, The Weeknd, Bad Bunny, Shakira, Karol G o Taylor Swift no acudieron a la cita, lo que ha provocado descontentos generalizados entre sus fans.
