Queen Mary of Denmark raided her daughter Princess Josephine's closet for two of her engagements this week. Her Majesty, 53, visited the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Copenhagen on Sept. 9 wearing a blouse previously seen on her youngest child. The mom of four teamed the floral blouse from the Australian brand Zimmermann with a black skirt. She also wore the designer top and skirt to the christening of an electric tugboat that same day.

“I am baptizing you Svitzer Ingrid," Mary said (translated to English) as she named Denmark's "first electric tugboat," whose name was inspired by Queen Ingrid and Norse mythology, according to the Danish Royal House.

Back in May, the Queen's 14-year-old daughter stepped out in the designer top on King Frederik's 57th birthday. While Mary teamed the Zimmermann piece with a skirt, Josephine paired the elegant blouse with ivory trousers for the royal family's appearance on the balcony of Frederik VIII's Palace.

Last year, Queen Mary, who is also a mother to 18-year-old Princess Isabella, revealed that she and her daughters don’t always see eye to eye when it comes to fashion. At the 2024 Global Fashion Summit: Copenhagen Edition, Her Majesty said (translated to English): “As you may know, I am the proud mother of four children, two boys and two girls. Today, Isabella and Josephine can fit many of my clothes and, to my horror, shoes. The age gap, however, often means that they ‘wouldn’t be caught dead in that.’”

The Danish Queen added, “However, when they will be seen in something of mine, it always puts a smile on my face."

Josephine is the youngest of the King and Queen of Denmark's four children. In addition to their two daughters, Frederik and Mary are also parents to sons Crown Prince Christian, 19, and Prince Vincent, 14.

It was announced in August that Josephine had decided to change schools. The Royal House shared in a press release (translated to English) that "HRH Princess Josephine has chosen, at her own request, to continue her education in the 8th grade at Spir Efterskole," while her twin brother, Vincent, would be continuing his "education in the 8th grade at Tranegårdsskolen."
