Prince Harry is heading to Vegas. The Duke of Sussex is scheduled to participate in a conversation hosted by Dr. Tessy Ojo, the CEO of the Diana Award, on May 6 in Las Vegas. That same day, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's son, Prince Archie, will celebrate his sixth birthday.

The Duke will be honoring his mother Princess Diana's legacy the day his son turns 6. The event at ServiceNow's Knowledge 2025 conference, which Harry is set to attend, will launch the Diana Award’s “Pledge to Invest” initiative, according to PEOPLE.

“Companies that invest in youth leadership today are cultivating the workforce, innovators, and consumers of tomorrow,” Dr. Ojo said in a statement (via HELLO!). “The Diana Award is proud to launch 'Pledge to Invest' - an opportunity for forward-thinking businesses to make a strategic, measurable, and high-impact investment in the future of youth leadership. For over 25 years, The Diana Award has invested in young people, empowering them to tackle the pressing issues of our time.”

The Diana Award was set up in memory of Prince William and Prince Harry's late mother and her belief that young people can change the world.

This year won't be the first time that the Duke has been away from home on Archie's birthday. In 2023, Prince Harry was in the UK for his father King Charles' coronation. A friend told PEOPLE  at the time that Harry “wanted to be at the service to support his father at this important moment in his life.”

Following the coronation ceremony, which coincided with Archie's fourth birthday, the Duke of Sussex rushed back home to California for his son's birthday, according to Page Six. A source told the Daily Mail, "He was always determined to get back in time to spend part of Archie’s birthday at home."

Harry and Meghan have been living in California since 2020. Ahead of his 40th birthday last year, the Duke called his children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, the best gift he's ever received. He told PEOPLE via his spokesperson: “The best gift I've ever been given is, without doubt, my kids. I enjoy watching them grow every single day and love being their dad.”
