Breakfast is often called the most important meal of the day, although opinions vary; it undeniably sets the tone for how we start our day. For Gwyneth Paltrow, it’s an opportunity to nourish her body with clean, wholesome ingredients. The actress and founder of Goop recently shared one of her go-to morning treats: gluten-free hotcakes topped with homemade strawberry compote.

Known for her holistic lifestyle and commitment to wellness, Gwyneth keeps her meals simple, nutritious, and full of natural ingredients. While her recipe may seem gourmet, it’s surprisingly easy to prepare. The key? Swapping traditional flour for a blend of coconut and almond flour and finishing with a vibrant compote made from fresh strawberries, often picked straight from her garden.
