A marketing powerhouse bringing to light the power of Latinas in business

Andrea Trujillo is a marketing powerhouse with a knack for building compelling brand identities. As the Chief Marketing Officer of L’ATTITUDE, a prominent business and media event, she’s at the forefront of celebrating the business community and uniting emerging leaders from diverse backgrounds, business, music, entertainment, sports, fashion, politics and more. At this four-day event she helps provide a platform for rising leaders and change-makers to explore “how to create a world ready for greater possibilities within The New Mainstream Economy,” particularly focusing on U.S. Latinos.

“In order for not only businesses, but for our country to succeed, we need to put our focus on the U.S. Latino cohort, who are contributing the most economically and entrepreneurially than any other ethic group or cohort in the United States,” she told Forbes.

This year, Andrea has introduced a fresh and exciting addition to L’ATTITUDE - curating discussions and events about The Economics of Fashion, where she’s blending style with hard facts. Moreover, she has played a pivotal role in shaping conference sessions about The Economics of Sports, with a particular emphasis on Women In Sports, both within and beyond the playing arena.

Andrea’s business acumen and spirit are in her genes, guided by her father, the international business executive Sol Trujillo, who co-founded L’ATTITUDE in 2018 with his partner Gary Acosta. Since then, key figures in the Hispanic market, such as Emilio Estefan and Oscar Munoz, have joined them as partners to leverage their industry connections and further elevate the events.

In its sixth iteration, this event carries immense importance for the nationwide Latino community. Andrea Trujillo’s passionate advocacy and her involvement in curation of sessions about Latina business owners and their purchasing power represent a catalyst and pivotal project for the U.S. Hispanic community, igniting investment, support, and growth prospects.
