Kassandra García holds a unique position as the Football and Business Administration Manager for the Rams, making her one of the most prominent Latinas in the NFL. Nonetheless, she believes that her ethnicity and gender should not be the determining factors of her identity. Instead, her primary goal is to be recognized for the quality of her work and hopes to see greater representation of her community across the league.

Having joined the Rams in July 2019, García is now in her fourth season with the team. For her, the most rewarding aspect of her job is the chance to learn from a world-class organization and collaborate with exceptionally talented professionals in the field.

Raised in an immigrant family, García deeply appreciates the value of hard work and sees every opportunity as a chance for personal growth. Her family’s experiences continue to shape her, constantly reminding her to overcome challenges and refrain from making excuses.

García always recommends educating oneself about Latin culture and understanding the challenges faced by the community in the U.S. She also advocates for contributing to local Latin communities through time and resources and supporting Latin-owned businesses, artists, and programs.
