If you are familiar with the game-changing brand Beautyblender, then you might have heard of the brand’s Global Beauty Director and CEO in training, Erica Dickerson.

Dickerson, who is the next in line to reign in her mom’s [Beautyblender CEO Rea Ann Silva] – beauty empire, has captivated the industry with her brains, drive, and beauty.

Erica knows the brand head to toe, and unlike many others, she began working from the bottom as a Beautyblender assembler. She used to help her mom pack the sponges in their garage; she then was promoted to a model and helped grow the brand’s social presence. As a brand ambassador, Dickerson learned how to wear many different hats, and all her hard work paid off.

In a 2019 interview with aeworld, Erica said she would want to be remembered “as a woman who empowered other people. When they were around me, felt that I was lifting them up, and we lifted each other up. I think it’s so important in the time that we’re in right now to support one another and to push people forward and not backwards.”

Erica is also the co-host of Good Moms Bad Choices, a podcast led by “two uncensored and outspoken sex and cannabis-positive parents who are redefining what modern motherhood looks like and breaking life’s archaic stereotypes.”
