Selena Gomez makes stunning return to Cannes with the help of Marc Jacobs beauty – get the look

Selena Gomez hit the red carpet for the 2019 Cannes Film Festival looking absolutely magnificent. The Mexican-American actress was out promoting the premiere for the latest newest film, The Dead Don't Die, wearing a silk gown by Louis Vuitton. The superstar was the picture of elegance as she kept her hair in a silk twisted bun with a vibrant red lipstick by celebrity makeup artist Hung Vanngo. The talented MUA is the magical hands behind Gisele Bündchen, Bella Hadid, and of course the Fetish singer.

We caught up with the celebrity makeup artist to get 26-year-old singer’s glam session details. From skin prep to lipstick shades, keep reading to get all the specifics behind Selena’s look.

Before creating Selena's flawless finish, Hung used the Marc Jacobs' first-ever moisturizer, Youthquake Hydra-full Retexturizing Gel Cream to hydrate her skin. To begin the base, Hung used Marc Jacobs’ Shameless Foundation in “Y270” for a natural yet flawless full coverage. He then used the Accomplish Concealer & Touch Up stick in “Light 23”  to give Selena’s makeup dimension. To blur out any imperfections and enhance her glow, the celebrity makeup artist applied Accomplish Powder in “Siren 52”.

Want the secret to her killer cat eye? We've got you covered, to create a precise bold wing liner that emphasizes your eye shape, use Magic Marc'er Precision Pen Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner in Blacquer. Hung then completed the eye look with a few coats of Velvet Noir Major Volume Mascara.
