If pizza is on the menu this week, you now have four very good reasons to make plans. Four Miami pizzerias were named among the best in the world for 2026 by 50 Top Pizza, the international guide that ranks pizzerias around the globe.

And this isn’t a list based on popularity or social media buzz. 50 Top Pizza’s inspectors visit restaurants anonymously and pay their own bills. The guide looks at the pizzeria as a whole, considering the quality and digestibility of the pizza and its ingredients, along with service, drinks, cleanliness and the overall experience. The guide also makes an important distinction: it ranks the pizzeria, not simply an individual pizza or pizzaiolo.

Miami had impressive results, not one pizzeria, four! Francesco Martucci Miami leads the local group at No. 27 in the world, while La Leggenda and ’O Munaciello are tied at No. 47. Miami Slice rounds out the city’s representation at No. 100.

The four spots also show just how many ways Miami does pizza. You can make a night of it with a $200 tasting menu in Wynwood, go classic Neapolitan in Miami Beach or MiMo, or grab a crispy, foldable slice Downtown.

Here’s where Miami landed on the list and what you can expect at each spot.

Francesco Martucci Miami — No. 27

Pizza night gets a little more dressed up at Francesco Martucci Miami. Located in the Wynwood Art District, the restaurant has a dark, intimate dining room, statement lighting, a dramatic wine display and the signature ovens of acclaimed Caserta pizzaiolo Francesco Martucci.

You can order à la carte, but there’s also a $200 tasting menu for anyone ready to turn pizza into a full evening. It includes three pizza tastings along with dishes such as cacio e pepe tortelli, grilled A5 wagyu and Sichuan pepper gelato.

No. 27 isn’t its only big ranking this year. Francesco Martucci Miami also landed at No. 5 on the 50 Top Pizza USA 2026 list.

La Leggenda — No. 47

If you’re craving a classic Neapolitan pie, La Leggenda is right in the heart of Miami Beach.

The pizza sticks close to its Neapolitan roots, with a soft, airy crust and Italian ingredients including buffalo mozzarella from Campania and San Marzano tomatoes. There are plenty of classics on the menu, along with more contemporary options and an Italian wine list to go with them.

La Leggenda ranked No. 11 in the U.S. this year, but it didn't get that spot to itself. It shares both its U.S. and world rankings with another Miami favorite.

’O Munaciello — No. 47

That’s right: Miami has two pizzerias tied at No. 47 in the world. ’O Munaciello matches La Leggenda on the global list and also shares its No. 11 position in the U.S. ranking.

The MiMo District location is colorful and proudly Neapolitan, with Napoli jerseys on the walls and playful details throughout the dining room. On the food side, 50 Top Pizza highlighted the eggplant Parmigiana and the Ricotta e Salame pizza, made with Neapolitan dough and a generous ricotta-and-salami topping.

There’s also a Coral Way location, with West Palm Beach coming next. And here’s a detail worth remembering: on Tuesdays, the MiMo location offers a Margherita for $10.

Miami Slice — No. 100

Sometimes you don’t want a sit-down pizza dinner. You want a big, crispy slice you can fold in half and eat immediately. That’s where Miami Slice comes in.

The popular spot in Miami’s Arts & Entertainment District takes its cues from New York slice culture. There are no reservations, only a handful of counter seats and a short menu that includes the Margherita de la Casa, Pepperoni Proper, La Salsera, Leeks on Bacon and Mushroom Truffle.

Its No. 100 world ranking isn’t Miami Slice’s only recognition for 2026. It also came in at No. 3 on the 50 Top Pizza Slice USA list, behind only L’industrie Pizzeria in New York and Slice & Pie in Washington, D.C.

Four pizzerias, four very different pizza nights. Whether you’re in the mood for a tasting menu in Wynwood, Neapolitan pizza in Miami Beach or MiMo, or a quick slice Downtown, Miami has plenty to choose from on this year’s world ranking.
