The Academy Awards are this weekend marking Hollywood’s biggest night as well as the end of the award season. We’re looking forward to all the glitz and glam from some of our favorite stars like Salma Hayek and Jennifer Lopez as well as seeing who wins big at the end of the night. For this momentous evening, we want to celebrate like all the big stars with some deliciously refreshing cocktails that we’ll use to cheer on a fan favorite or commemorate with those that lost. Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Tequila Don Julio 70
3/4 oz Coconut Sugar Syrup
3/4 oz Medium Sherry
3 oz Chilled Soda Water
Toasted Coconut for rim
Dehydrated Pineapple Flower filled with Pickled Blueberries for garnish
Preparation:
1. Combine Tequila Don Julio 70, coconut sugar syrup, medium sherry and chilled soda water into a Collins glass over fresh ice. Stir well.
2. Garnish with a dehydrated pineapple flower and pickled blueberry.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Tequila Don Julio Añejo
1 oz Italian Apéritif
1 oz Vermouth Blend*
Dash of Orange Bitters Orange Twist for garnish
Preparation:
1. Combine Tequila Don Julio Añejo, Italian Apéritif, vermouth blend and orange bitters into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Stir well.
2. Garnish with an orange twist
*Vermouth Blend: Combine 4 parts Gewürztraminer wine and 1 part American Amaro

Ingredients:
4 oz. Jose Cuervo Cherry Limeade Margarita
1oz. Sparkling water
Preparation:
1. Pour over ice and garnish with cherries and a slice of lime

Ingredients:
1 oz Belvedere Vodka
.75 oz Pineapple Juice
.75 oz Moët & Chandon Imperial Brut
.5 oz Averna
.25 oz Vanilla Simple Syrup (1:1 vanilla extract to simple syrup)
Preparations:
1. Add all ingredients, except Moët & Chandon Imperial Brut, to a shaker with ice.
2. Shake and strain into a glass mug, add ice and top with Moët & Chandon Imperial Brut.
3. Garnish with a dusting of fresh nutmeg.

Ingredients:
1.5oz. Belvedere Vodka
.75oz. Simple Syrup
.75oz. Lemon Juice Moët & Chandon Impérial Brut
Preparations:
1. Add all ingredients, except champagne, to a shaker with ice and shake.
2. Strain into a champagne flute and top with Moët & Chandon Impérial Brut.
