When it comes to owning a room, or, in this case, igniting it, Lourdes Leon doesn’t just walk in; she commands. At the vibrant and sultry launch of MIENNE, Madonna’s daughter and creative force stole the spotlight at The Box NYC.

Leon stepped out in a look that felt equal parts old Hollywood siren and underground queen, dipped in a crimson velvet vat. She wore a matching two-piece set in deep, seductive red velvet, composed of a cropped long-sleeve top with dramatic ribbon-tie details at the bust and cuffs, paired with a mid-length, high-slit skirt that gave her just the right amount of movement (and mischief). The lush texture played perfectly off the venue’s velvet-drenched decor.

The top revealed a sliver of her midriff, and the knotted black ribbon contrasted against the red like a visual exclamation mark. Her skirt cut just high enough to flash the sculpted ballet ribbons wrapping around her calves, led the eye down to her black satin heels, giving classic ballerina energy with an edge.

And then there’s the body language. She was poised, grounded, and magnetic with no runway.

Beauty Look: Sultry and Seriously Bold

Her long, cascading black waves framed her face in loose, defined curls, falling like ink across her shoulders. Her makeup served what can only be described as “sultry femme fatale,”  bold lips matching the rich hues of her outfit, and smoky winged liner that added intensity to her gaze.

Her brows were brushed and bossed up. Her complexion looked flawless with a dewy finish, catching the light with every flash of the camera.

The event wasn’t just about turning looks; it marked the official launch of a fashion brand that embraces femme expression with a loud, unapologetic attitude. Hosted at The Box, a venue that’s part theater, part fever dream, the setting dripped in red velvet, roses, and surreal cabaret ambiance. It was sensual, immersive, and daring.

By aligning herself with MIENNE, Lourdes is co-signing a new wave of storytelling that is bold, inclusive, and dripping with creative rebellion.

The 28-year-old singer and model, who goes by the stage name Lolahol, also had an intimate performance at The Box. Since the release of her debut single “Lock&Key” in 2022, Lolahol has performed at Brava Madrid and Parklife in Manchester, and other major stages. "I don’t want to ever do that to my work," she told i-D Magazine. "I care about responding to the people I respect, my peers, who are connected to a collective consciousness, a soul."
