Nadal kicks off the post with a photo showing him, his wife Mery Perello, and their eldest son, Rafa, smiling for the camera with a toy Jeep and a dinosaur in the background, likely Dinopark Funtana, located in Croatia.

More photos showed Nadal alongside the key figures in his life, including his kids, Rafael and Miquel, his wife, his mother Ana Maria, his father Sebastian, his sister Maribel, and his uncle Miguel Angel. The group spent time at various tourist destinations, including beaches, waterfalls, and other popular places.

"Summer 2026 in family," Nadal captioned the post, adding a smiley emoji.

Nadal's thoughtful condolences to Messi

Nadal is a big family guy, often speaking about the importance and the influence that his parents, his wife, his children, and his sister have had on his career and happiness. He spent much of his career being trained by his uncle, Toni Nadal, who had a large hand in shaping his career.

Over the summer, Lionel Messi lost his father. Nadal shared a sweet tribute, sending his condolences on social media.

Nadal sent a thoughtful message to Messi, who lost his fahter over the summer

"Dear Leo Messi, I can't imagine the pain you're going through. I'm sending you all my love and all of my condolences to you and your family in these challenging times. Rest in peace, Jorge," reads Nadal's message.

Like Nadal, Messi's business has been closely related to his family. His father, Jorge, also served as his agent throughout Messi's professional career.

“My old man was always by my side. We went through a lot of ugly things together,” Messi said in a radio interview back in 2007, in Spanish. “Sometimes, I would shut myself in my room to cry alone, or he’d do the same, without me seeing him. We’d pretend we were both OK, but we weren’t. My old man asked me, ‘What do you want to do? Do you want to keep going or should we go back home?’ I wanted to keep going, and he stayed with me.”
