Gigi Hadid just served up a surprisingly personal detail about her relationship with Bradley Cooper, and naturally, food was involved. The 31-year-old supermodel gave a rare nod to Cooper while appearing in Vogue France’s “Now Serving” cooking series, revealing that one of her go-to homemade pasta dishes has earned the actor’s approval.
While preparing a prosciutto and herb pasta, Hadid casually acknowledged the man in her life. “I’ve definitely made this for my man,” Hadid said before adding, “He loves this.” Hadid did not actually say Cooper’s name in that moment, but the reference was unmistakable given their nearly three-year romance. It was also notable because Hadid and Cooper have largely kept the everyday details of their relationship private since they were first romantically linked in 2023.

What Gigi Hadid Cooks for Bradley Cooper
Hadid’s Bradley Cooper-approved meal is a prosciutto and herb pasta packed with big flavors but made with her characteristically relaxed approach to cooking. The dish includes spaghetti along with prosciutto, tomatoes, garlic, Parmesan, olive oil, pine nuts, cilantro or parsley, and red pepper flakes. Hadid explained that she likes adding the flakes for “a little spice.”
Rather than meticulously measuring every ingredient, Hadid cooks more by instinct. “It’s really about tasting and smelling and feeling it out,” she explained, adding that cooking is another way for her to be creative.
Her technique for the prosciutto is particularly clever. Hadid arranges the slices into what she calls a “prosciutto flower” before roughly chopping them into different-sized pieces. The uneven pieces mean some become crispier in the pan while others retain a chewier texture.

Hadid’s laid-back cooking philosophy has family roots. The Guest in Residence founder credited her father, Mohamed Hadid, with teaching her to trust her instincts in the kitchen rather than obsess over exact measurements. “The biggest thing I learned from my dad is cook with your heart,” she said during the cooking video.
Hadid described her father as the family’s natural chef and spoke about growing up around his Palestinian cooking. She also revealed that she keeps a large jar of za’atar in her own kitchen and frequently cooks with the Middle Eastern spice blend.

Hadid said that when she was younger, appearing on cooking shows was one of her aspirations alongside modeling. She described herself as a longtime student of television cooking, recalling that she would watch cooking programs whenever she was home from school.

The kitchen is also part of Hadid’s life as a mom. Hadid shares 5-year-old daughter Khai with ex Zayn Malik, and she explained that much of her cooking happens while she is on mom duty. “There’s a lot of yapping with a 5-year-old,” she joked about cooking with Khai around.
According to Hadid, Khai sometimes helps her in the kitchen, while other times she stays nearby working on art as her mom cooks.
