Paris Haute Couture Week always delivers unforgettable moments, but this season one guest set out to stand out from the rest with not one but several showstopping looks. Not even Charlotte Casiraghi, who wowed in jeans at Chanel, or Cate Blanchett, the undisputed muse of the late Giorgio Armani, could overshadow her.
It’s Jennifer Lopez who, after barely two days of fashion shows, has already left us speechless with three completely different outfits, and not one of them from the front row! That’s right, the Bronx diva landed in the French capital determined to steal every glance without even having attended one of the coveted presentations from the French maisons on the calendar yet, proving once again why she’s a fashion icon who transcends generations and trends.
Jennifer Lopez’s style marathon at Paris Haute Couture Week
After a whirlwind weekend that saw her stun the world by appearing as a guest at Taylor Swift’s much-awaited wedding, held inside Madison Square Garden in New York, J.Lo crossed the pond – just like supermodel Karlie Kloss, to dive headfirst into the high sophistication of Paris Haute Couture. Her time in the City of Light is practically a runway show of its own: in just 48 hours she’s debuted three wildly different looks, all equally powerful.
She kicked things off on Monday, July 6, her first day in the city. On arrival at her hotel, the singer and actress made her intentions crystal clear, going all in on texture and drama with an eye-catching, voluminous jacket covered in white feathers from Michael Kors’s Fall/Winter 2026 collection, wrapping her like a cloud. True to her knack for mixing elevated pieces with more relaxed ones, she balanced the majestic feathers with loose black bermuda shorts and elegant high heels, topping the look off with oversized Tom Ford sunglasses and a black Chanel clutch.
From day to night: feathered coat, balloon bermudas and an ultra-fitted dress
On her second day, Tuesday, July 7, we saw her setting trends as she left the iconic restaurant L'Avenue, one of the most exclusive spots on the famed Avenue Montaigne. For this daytime outing, the star chose an avant-garde look by Chloé that oozed urban chic. She wore original high-waisted, balloon-style khaki bermuda shorts paired with a simple, fluid white top; however, the standout piece of the outfit was a unique trench coat in a dusty pink shade with exaggerated, puffed-up sleeves.
Perched on see-through high-heeled sandals, the Office Romance star confirmed once again that catching her in flats is about as likely as finding an open parking spot when you’re running late.
Always straddling that line between street and luxury, it’s obvious at a glance that Jennifer Lopez’s looks are deeply influenced by her life as a performer. “Her style is dramatic, but it always reflects a very personal signature: it’s bold, daring, sensual. She’s not afraid to take risks and she’s definitely not someone who likes to go unnoticed,” image consultant and journalist Alejandra Salas tells us. In the same vein, stylist and creative director Atenea Martínez adds: “Her style is a clear tool of self-affirmation: it’s her way of shouting to the world who she is.”
That same Tuesday night, her schedule continued with an elegant dinner at Siena, the sophisticated Italian-inspired restaurant on Place du Marché Saint-Honoré, famed for attracting big names like her. For the evening, Jennifer brought out her most classic yet sensual side. She slipped into a figure-hugging white strapless dress, trimmed with delicate feathers along the bust, giving it an ethereal movement.
The focal point of this nighttime look was a breathtaking diamond necklace inspired by a crocodile, with matching earrings, all by Cartier, crafted in white gold, yellow gold and dozens of diamonds that sparkled spectacularly under the paparazzi flashes. A small box clutch in a pale pink crocodile-texture and ultra-pointy transparent PVC pumps sealed this impeccable party look.
