Eva Longoria and José Bastón have dream beach date: wine, selfies, and their dog

Eva Longoria and José Bastón know how to enjoy their life in Spain. The couple, who are now based in Marbella, were photographed enjoying their weekend on the beach. In a new set of photos, the couple enjoyed a day in the sun in the best way possible: with some wine and their dog.

The photos show Longoria and Bastón looking perfectly beachy. Longoria wore denim shorts, a linen cream colored button up, with a yellow bikini underneath. She completed the outfit with a wide-brimmed hat, shielding her face from the sun. 

Bastón wore sneakers, grey shorts, and a green button-up, completing the look with some sunglasses and a cap. Photographers captured the two walking by the beach as they walked their dog, who trailed after them on his leash. 

The couple was seen taking selfies and chatting, all while holding on to their wine glasses. While Longoria appeared to be drinking some white wine, Bastón was holding on to a champagne flute.

Longoria and Bastón's life in Marbella 

As of the past couple of years, Longoria and Bastón have been living in Marbella, with her becoming an ambassador of the city in the hopes of encouraging tourism. 

"I'm living my dream in Marbella. The first time I arrived here I felt 'Ah, yes. There's something special here,'" she said in an interview in Spanish with Diario Sur. "There's a wonderful energy. There's air, there's the beach, the people, the culture, the lifestyle. It's very different."

In previous interviews, she's opened up about politics in the US, revealing that the topic had nothing to do with her decision to move somewhere else. "I've been in Europe for almost three years," she said in conversation with Ana Navarro in 2024. "I didn’t leave because of the political environment. I left because my work took me there."

In an interview with Marie Claire, she explained herself further. “I had my whole adult life here,” she said about California. “But even before [the pandemic], it was changing. The vibe was different. And then Covid happened, and it pushed it over the edge. Whether it’s the homelessness or the taxes, not that I want to s*** on California – it just feels like this chapter in my life is done now.”

The couple lives with their son, Santiago, whom they welcomed in 2018.
