With her destination wedding in Italy fast approaching, Paulina Porizkova is sharing the fitness routine that has helped her feel strong, confident, and comfortable in her body for more than a decade.
The 61-year-old supermodel, author, and outspoken advocate for aging naturally teamed up with her longtime Pilates instructor and friend, Nofar Hagag, for a new collaboration celebrating the workout she says has transformed both her body and overall well-being.
In the playful video, the pair are seen laughing through a challenging Pilates session at Nofar Method before Paulina changes into a striking red lingerie set, proudly showing the results of years of consistent training while embracing her body exactly as it is today.
The workout she's relied on for 15 years:
Alongside the video, Paulina reflected on how she first discovered Pilates after competing on 'Dancing With the Stars' in her early forties.
Although she was eliminated first, she said the experience helped her realize how much exercise improved both her mood and anxiety.
She experimented with kickboxing, yoga, spinning, and other popular fitness trends before eventually finding Nofar Hagag's classes, which quickly became her favorite. "I had done Pilates before, but found myself bored after a while. Not so with Nofar," she wrote.
Paulina explained that the workouts combined stretching, strength, and balance in a way that kept her engaged while delivering noticeable physical benefits.
According to the model, Pilates has given her "pretty good abs," improved her posture, eliminated recurring back pain, and taught her how to move her body more efficiently.
Even after undergoing a bilateral hip replacement, she says she continues alternating weight training with Pilates and occasional ballroom dancing.
A message about confidence over perfection:
The collaboration comes just days after Paulina sparked conversation online by opening up about gaining weight and refusing to chase unrealistic beauty standards.
Responding to followers who suggested ways she could lose weight, she explained that while she knows she could diet harder or pursue cosmetic procedures, she no longer feels the need.
Instead, she wrote that resisting the natural aging process requires "an awful lot of time and money," adding that she's now more comfortable in her body than ever before and prefers spending her time on experiences rather than trying to look younger.
In that same post, she described Nofar as her "longtime teacher and friend," reinforcing the close relationship they've built over the years.
The Pilates method celebrities love:
Founded by fitness expert Nofar Hagag, Nofar Method has built a loyal following with studios in New York City and Miami Beach.
The signature 50-minute workout combines time on both the Pilates Reformer and the Cadillac, equipment often reserved for private sessions, creating a full-body workout focused on strength, flexibility, posture, and alignment.
As Paulina prepares to marry her fiancé in Italy, her latest posts suggest that feeling wedding-ready has less to do with chasing perfection and more to do with celebrating a body that has carried her through every stage of life.
