Elizabeth Hurley is opening up about her famous relationship with Billy Ray Cyrus. The English actress is sharing details of her surprisingly normal relationship with one of the world's most famous country music stars.
In an interview with Page Six, Hurley was asked about falling in love with a country music star and the fact that she's now partly based in Nashville, Tennessee.
“I hadn’t really had that foresight to have that, but funnily enough, the farm in Tennessee is very similar to my farm in Gloucestershire, so in a way it kind of feels normal,” said Hurley.
Hurley also opened up about her son, Damian, 24, whom she shared with the late producer Steve Bing. “Well, he does look a lot like me, but he grew into that. Funnily enough, around puberty, he started to look like me — the Irish side of our family."
“Before that, he was blond and he didn’t look much like me at all," she said.
Hurley reveals that she and Cyrus went to Stagecoach
In a separate interview with PEOPLE, Hurley revealed that she and Cyrus went to Stagecoach, one of the most popular country music festivals in the country.
"I really enjoyed it," she said. Cyrus performed on the stage alongside his son Braison and daughter Naoh, performing their recent single "On Our Way Along." "There are a lot of cowboy hats, a lot of cowboy boots, great music, sawdust on the floor," said Hurley. "What more could you ask for? It was a really lovely experience. I'm so glad I went."
Hurley shared numerous photos on her Instagram, including one of her and Cyrus sharing a kiss. For the occasion, Hurley wore jeans, a lacy white blouse, and a brown jacket. She completed it all with some brown sunglasses.
"Yeeehaaaaaw," Hurley captioned the post. "Loved my first trip to Stagecoach watching Billy Ray Cyrus, Noah, and Braison perform their new single 'On Our Way Along.'"
Hurley and Cyrus met in 2022, after working on the film "Christmas in Paradise," but they reconnected a few years later, following Cyrus' 7-month marriage to the singer Firerose. They announced their relationship in April of last year, after spending their first Easter together in Nashville.
