Kaia Gerber flaunts her abs and sculpted figure in new gym photos

Kaia Gerber is showing off her fitness gains. The 24-year-old actress, model, and daughter of legend Cindy Crawford shared some new photos that left the internet reeling, showcasing her toned abs and sculpted physique.

The photos are an ad for Vuori, and show Gerber in the gym, posing with different weights in a sports bra and matching tight shorts. The photos show her hair styled in a half-bun and wearing minimal makeup. 

Gerber also wore some sweat shorts in different images, holding on to the ropes for triceps workouts. 

There's one photo where she showed off her abs, showing her impressive work in the gym.

In the post's caption, Gerber namechecked her trainer, Kirsty Godso, a popular trainer known for her work with Hailey Bieber, Olivia Rodrigo, and more. She's grown into a beloved figure in the industry due to her approach to fitness, which is refreshing and centered on feeling good over building a specific physique. 

“It was never about aesthetics for me,” said Godso to Vogue. “I just love moving my body. It’s my happiest time of day because it’s mental escapism. You can come in, work hard, and just do it to feel good about yourself and feel strong. I predominantly work with women, and you can tell that when a woman feels strong, there’s such a shift in her confidence.”

Godso left an encouraging comment in Gerber's post, writing, "That’s my baby," with a few fire emojis.

Gerber's positive moment in her personal life

Kaia Gerber has grown in prominence over the past few years, appearing in various movies and TV shows. It was reported that she recently moved to Los Angeles to focus on her acting career. She's also been dating the actor Lewis Pullman over the past year, with the two appearing happier than ever.

"They weren't treating it like something casual. It didn't feel like something for show. It felt very genuine right away. They were already around family early on," said a source to PEOPLE.

 "It just felt like they were naturally part of each other's lives pretty quickly. They've kept things very low-key," continued the source. "You don't see them trying to be out everywhere. It's more about spending time together, often with their families. They both seem very down-to-earth. It's very family first."
